 About Us
Nanango Real EstateNanango Real Estate first opened its doors in 1975 and is the longest established real estate agency in Nanango, as well as the only independently owned and operated one.

So if you'd like to purchase, invest or rent property in Nanango, our experienced and friendly staff would be only too happy to help you!

Principal & Office Manager Jane Erkens has owned the business for more than 20 years and has a wide knowledge of Nanango's town and Shire real estate market.

Property Consultants Marie Madigan and Leo Erkens also have a vast experience and knowledge of the area's rural and residential markets, and they're always happy to share this with potential buyers or tenants.

And our Rental Manager Rita Jacobi has lived in Nanango for over 20 years , so she's very knowledgeable about the town too!

Collectively, Nanango Real Estate has sold over 1,700 properties since we began operations (which amounts to more than $150 million in sales for satisfied clients)

So if you're looking for a property to live in, a rental investment or just good advice on the market, contact us. We don't just work in Nanango - we own property here and live here too!

 Where Is Nanango?
Location map - click for a close-upIf you're unfamiliar with Nanango, we're located roughly 2.25 hours drive north-west of Brisbane in the South Burnett region of Queensland, Australia.

The South Burnett is also only a short drive from Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast, and is cross-crossed by several major highways including the D'Aguilar, Burnett and Bunya Highways. It's a rapidly growing region but is still far less populated (and so far less expensive!) than Brisbane, Toowoomba or the coast.

Traditionally, the South Burnett has always been an agricultural area. But since the mid-1990s it's also grown to become one of the largest wine producing regions in the State. And over the next few decades it's expected to slowly mature into the Hunter Valley of Queensland.
